Waking up to mesmerizing views of the harbor was truly breathtaking , and the modern, beautifully designed rooms made our stay exceptionally enjoyable. The team secured us fantastic dining reservations.

Finding the hotel can be quite tricky with confusing surroundings , and the nearby restaurants' evening noise may disrupt your sleep quality.

Loved our stay at Ambassadors! The views of Chania harbor were breathtaking and the staff were incredibly helpful, arranging boat trips and dinner reservations for us. Just a heads-up, there are quite a few steps to climb, so travel light!

It’s frustrating that the hotel lacks clear signage, making it tricky to locate!!! No proper parking available either, making luggage drag a nuisance!!! Plus, the missing communal lounging area is a real letdown!!!

this hotel was supposed to be a luxury escape, but the non-functional air conditioning made it unbearable. absoluteley despicable! and don’t even get me started on the noise from the street! i almost gave a good review, but as a special guest, i definitely expected a complimentary gesture, but received nothing instead.

The room had a fantastic sea view and a private balcony overlooking the harbor. A great spot to relax!

The Ambassadors offered an incredible experience during my stay. The front desk staff, including Christina and Angelina, were exceptionally helpful, providing insights for excursions and restaurant recommendations. The hotel's location was unparalleled, positioned conveniently for access to the harbor, shopping, and restaurants. The room was both clean and comfortable, featuring good mattresses and wonderful views of the harbor, making my working visit enjoyable.

Charming Boutique Hotel with Ideal Location

The hotel offers a cozy ambiance with a lovely outdoor patio area, ideal for relaxation. Dining at Cafe Pallas was delightful, with a tasty breakfast that fueled our day. Future guests should use the nearby Platia Katechaki for parking to avoid confusion. Clean, stylish rooms added to our perfect stay.

Great staff helped with heavy bags, but the lift is way too small.

This hotel was just a strong match for a city holiday in Chania with good price value. The views from our balcony were stunning, especially during sunset. Make sure to ask the staff for the best local dining spots.

Would recommend for a weekend respite

Impressive room, delightful staff, the room we stayed in had a fantastic view of the harbor and a very comfortable bed which made for a great stay, and the location is perfect for exploring with plenty of nearby restaurants and cafes within walking distance. don’t forget to try the delicious breakfast at the nearby restaurant.
